The dispenser is on a glow in the dark stem and has the 2014 Convention logo on it. The little alien also glows!

I am listing this ONE dispenser here on eBay to get a value of it for our convention attendees.
This will be the only that we will be selling. The only way to get one of these dispensers is to attend or get an absentee packet.
NO MORE PACKAGES WILL BE SOLD-so please do not ask to get the package. All of our convention items have been ordered and we do not have extras anymore.
We do not sell them outright and these are very limited.
